Measured with Google's Solar API. Pricing uses national averages until you set your own.

What happens when a homeowner uses it

1
They type an address

Satellite view loads. Each roof facet is outlined and measured, pitch included. Square footage counts up on screen.

2
They see a price range

Low to high, using your price per square, tear-off, and steep-pitch adder. A range, so nobody argues over $200 before you've seen the roof.

3
You get the lead

Name, phone, address, roof size, and the range they saw, by text and email within seconds. Upgrade and it lands in JobNimbus or GoHighLevel automatically.

Why "within seconds" matters more than the estimate

Three studies, none of them ours. Check them.

21xmore likely to qualify a lead you reach inside 5 minutes than at 30 minutes. MIT and InsideSales.com Lead Response Management Study, 15,000 leads.
78%of buyers go with the first company that responds. Not the cheapest. The first. Lead Connect.
42 hoursthe average business took to answer a web lead, and 23% never answered. Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 companies.

The estimator hands you the lead in seconds. Step 2 makes sure somebody answers it in five minutes, every time, without you.

Start small. Add the next piece when the last one is paying.

Steps 1 and 2 fit any size roofing company and need no sales call. Need more traffic? Step 3 is where to start, then level up to The Map Packer.

If any of this sounds like you

Roofers on our own sales calls, word for word.

"I just need leads. Once I get leads I can keep going."
"We're paying them an arm and a leg and we don't really see why."
"We tried Google Ads. We got a boatload of spam calls, so we figured Google didn't work."
"I don't want to be one of five guys bidding the same job."
"Every week I'm scrambling to make sure we can pay bills. I can't drop $3K on something that might work."

The ladder above exists so the first yes is $49, not $3,000.

What a homeowner does when your site says "call for a quote"

They leave. They wanted a number. The next site gave them one. That roofer got the call, and the appointment.
Bought leadssell the same homeowner to three to five roofers. You pay whether or not they answer, and you own nothing when you stop.
42 hoursis how long the average business takes to answer a web lead. By then the homeowner booked whoever answered first.

Why an estimator first

Reason 1
Homeowners want a number before they'll book

The companies that give one get the call. The ones that say "we'll come out" get compared to the ones that did.

Reason 2
It's a lead you own

Not shared with three other roofers. They came to your site, measured their roof, and told you what they expect to pay.

Reason 3
It's the landing page for everything after

When you're ready for ads, the traffic already has somewhere to go that converts.

Reason 4
Most of your CRM is unused

JobNimbus now includes the GoHighLevel automation stack. Step 2 and step 3 turn on what you already pay for.

Who the marketing tier is built for

The estimator (steps 1 and 2) fits any roofing company. This list is for step 5, where we run your marketing.

Yes, if
  • You run an owner-led residential roofing company, roughly $1M to $10M a year.
  • You already close well when the phone rings and want it to ring for the right jobs.
  • You are on JobNimbus or GoHighLevel, or willing to be. Step 2 is usually where the money shows up.
  • One-truck startup: start at step 1 and stay there until it pays for itself.
No, if
  • You cannot fund at least $3,500 a month in ad spend on top of the fee. Stay at step 1 until you can.
  • You want someone to run your marketing without ever getting on a setup call.
  • You want leads on commission. We charge a flat fee so we work the account, not the deals we can cherry-pick.
Paul Parnell, founder of Level Up Roofer Marketing

Who is behind this

I am Paul Parnell. I run Level Up from Holly Springs, North Carolina, and before I ran marketing for roofers I worked on roofs. We run every piece of this on our own clients before we sell it, and we turn away roofers who want to skip the $49 step. Measure your roof, see what lands in your phone, then decide.

Questions roofers ask

How accurate is the measurement?

It uses Google's Solar API, the same satellite roof data behind solar quoting. Facet area and pitch are measured, not guessed. Treat it as a bid-quality range, not a final contract. Your final price still comes from your inspection.

Do I set my own prices?

Yes. Price per square by material, tear-off, steep-pitch adder, and minimum job. It's prefilled with national averages so you can launch in a minute and tune later.

Will it work on my website?

You get a hosted page on your own subdomain plus a one-line embed for any site builder. If your site is on GoHighLevel, JobNimbus, WordPress, or Wix, it works.

Do I need JobNimbus or GoHighLevel?

No. Step 1 sends leads by text and email. Step 2 is for when you want them in a pipeline automatically. If you don't have a CRM yet, we'll recommend one.

Is there a contract?

Steps 1 through 3 are month to month. Cancel from your account. The Growth Partner engagement has a written scope and a 90-day initial term.

I already have a marketing company.

Keep them. Step 1 and 2 sit next to whatever they run and don't touch it. If you later want us on your Google Ads, you make us an admin on your own account. Nothing gets rebuilt, and nothing is held hostage.

I tried Google Ads before and got spam calls.

So did our clients. We run a bot-click blocker on every account and a text-first screen on every lead, so you deal with booked appointments, not a list of numbers. If a lead is junk, you tell us and the keyword that sent it gets cut that week.

Everyone promises leads. Why should I believe you?

Don't, yet. Measure your own roof above, put the estimator on your site for $49, and watch what lands in your phone. The bigger tiers only make sense once the small one has paid for itself. We turn away roofers who want to skip that.

Do you work with other roofers in my area?

Steps 1 through 3 are software and setup, so yes, any roofer can run them. Growth Partner is one roofer per market. If we're running ads for you, we're not running them for the guy across town.

Do I have to give you my card?

You pay Level Up by card for the monthly plan and you can cancel it from your account. Ad spend goes on your own card in your own Google account. We never hold your ad budget and we can't spend it.

My partner or spouse needs to see this first.

Send them this page. Every price is on it, nothing needs a call to buy, and step 1 can be turned off in one click if they hate it.

Are texts to homeowners compliant?

The homeowner opts in on the form with clear consent language before any text is sent. Messages go through a registered business number.

Measure your own roof. Decide after.

Takes 30 seconds. If it doesn't impress you, it won't impress your customers, and you should know that before you pay $49.
